Mother's Day weekend

It was our first weekend in a few that we actually got to stay in Salt Lake and relax so that was nice although it is hard to adjust to holidays right now when you are used to having a lot of people to hang out with and here we don't have any yet.  But we are definitely bonding as a family and that is what is important right now.
We had a great weekend - on Saturday we rode our bikes for a little over 5 miles and it took us about 5 hours to do it because we would ride then stop at a park and play then ride some more then stop for lunch then ride some more and stop and play again.  We had no where we had to be and the weather was beautiful so we soaked up as much as we could.

On Sunday we relaxed and lounged in our PJ's and then went to lunch and back home to relax. We also had to milk our sunburns a little. We were so excited to see the sun on Saturday we all forgot to wear sunscreen and my poor kids were fried come Sunday evening - we have been dealing with burns and peeling for over 3 weeks now. Hopefully that won't happen again. But at least we got a nice tan eventually.
