Besides the fact that we got our costumes last minute and carved our pumpkins last minute we had a great Halloween. The kids were all old enough to enjoy running from door to door and of course they all looked out for each other and had a great time. Matt and I were able to walk along the sidewalk and let them trick or treat! Our neighborhood was a perfect trick or treating place for little kids. There were no cars on the streets and there were 100s of little kids running around and loving all the candy. The kids were troopers we had to of walked about 2 miles and not one of them complained till we had to make our way up the hill to the house. We even got cotton candy at one house - that was a childhood dream come true for me!
The only thing we missed this year was having friends and family to visit so we could enjoy the holiday together!!!! Its just not the same without our amzing friends and family around!
