Well since it has been a month since I have posted I have to figure out how to get this caught up again! So we made it home from our vacation and here we are planning our next one already. We have a trip planned to Lake Tahoe in July which we have been looking forward to for a few months now. It should be a great time - rented house on the lake, family, friends, sun, and lots of relaxing! I will fill you all in once we get back. In the mean time we have been pretty busy with just life.
Madelynn finished up her last year of preschool and now has been doing some summer school work with Kelly which has been great. We are just trying to keep her fresh for the start of kindergarten - hopefully we don't make her too smart! She went to her first official dentist visit with actually cleaning and flouride treatment - a little apprenhensive but she did awesome! She continues to be a wonderful big sister and has been experimenting with chores around the house so far so good, but I am sure she will get bored soon enough.
Kaylee is still 3 and thankfully our stage is pretty over. She seems to be back to her sweet innocent little girl that loves to cuddle! Her and Jacob are starting to have a strong bond between them. I love watching them interact and he just adores her. She also finished up a year of preschool and seemed to really do well this year. We are excited for next year when she will be there on her own and starting to really digest everything.
Jacob is now 10 months and growing so fast. He is such a character and so different from the girls. He is such a happy baby and amazes us everyday. He is pretty much walking when he wants still a little wobbly but impressive to us. I for some reason thought the third child would do things delayed compared to the first 2 but he seems to be doing everything quicker than the girls did. It just isn't fair they grow up way too fast for me. We did decide that 3 kids is a lot and luckily our 3 are all pretty easy and well behaved so we are going to take a break on the kids. If we do have more it will be a few years from now but if we decide not to we are very happy with our 3 healthy babies! Sad to say but we did have to come to realty at some point :)
