Working on 7 1/2 months old Jacob is somewhat amazing to me. He is so independant and determined that he amazes us with something everyday. You will never find him in the same spot for longer than 2 minutes and he is very comfortable with jetting around the house on his own finding something to put in his mouth. I have had to work so hard on keeping everything picked up at all times cleaning a little more around the house and making sure the girls have all their little toys picked up because he is sure to find them. He is a pretty good listener and when we tell him know he will listen and go find something else to get into. I have found him up about 3 stairs already so the baby gate has come out. He pulls up on everything, not really interested in taking steps but likes to be a big boy and stand. He loves the outdoors and especially the trampoline. We let him jump by himself and he has figured out how to sit on his bottom and make it bounce it is hilarious to watch. He is an amazing fish and everytime he takes a bath I get to clean the entire bathroom. My girls still freak out when I get their face wet and Jacob purposely puts his face in the water!
Little Boys are just so much different than girls...he is such a happy baby that just goes along with whatever and can entertain himself with anything! He has found a new love, my pantry so there I was late last night cleaning out the bottom shelves of the pantry so Jacob doesn't get into anything he shouldn't. He is a talking machine and he actually thinks he is having a conversation with you so we get so many laughs out of talking with Jacob and his expressions.
I just can't believe he is working on 8 months it seems so unfair where does the time go???
